Shalom School’s mission is to provide each child with an outstanding education in a nurturing environment that is academically excellent, inclusive, innovative, and inspired by Jewish values and traditions. We are the only pluralistic Jewish day school in the Sacramento area.
Shalom School provides an excellent and nurturing education for ages two through 6th grade that serves the whole child. Our rigorous academic curriculum, infused with Jewish values and grounded in tradition, help each child grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, laying the groundwork for a lifelong love of learning.
Our Preschool and Pre-k – 6th grade programs offer excellent curriculum, outstanding faculty, and innovative programming to help each child grow and learn. Early exposure to a second language and a rich immersion in the values and rituals of Judaism foster a connection to community and sense of meaning that shapes each Shalom School student, developing empathy and a foundation for future success.
