Job Description

NJY Camps – Cedar Lake Camp is looking for our next great and spirited song leader who will help to transform our Shabbat services and bring Ruach into camp. NJY Camps is one of the largest Jewish sleepaway camps in North America. Cedar Lake Camp specifically is a camp designed for children aged 12-14 years of age. Each session we welcome 450 campers into camp.

Our song leader would be a member of our leadership team and would work on many special programs throughout the summer. They would work with our resident Rabbi to help bring the ruach to life in our beautiful outdoor Ampitheater that looks over our lake.

Ideally Cedar Lake Camp is looking for someone to live on site but is open to commuters if geographically it makes sense. At a bare minimum a successful candidate will be able to be in camp for all weekends throughout the summer and for designated special days throughout the summer.
