Job Description

Reform Jewish synagogue in Brooklyn NY is seeking a dynamic, lively, guitar-playing song leader to help lead Saturday morning Shabbat services and occasional Friday night family service. We hope you know contemporary and classic (Debbie Friedman) Reform music, and can bring new melodies with you for us to learn. Our religious school classes happen on Saturdays, so our Shabbat services are a diverse mix of ages (roughly age 5 to age 90), so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable engaging both kids and adults in services.
